Your parcel's current status updates in real time as soon as the courier logs a new scan, from label created through to delivered.

Couriers You Can Track Here

Whether you booked with FedEx, StarTrack, Aramex or one of 50+ other Australian couriers, paste the tracking number above and we'll find it, no matter who you booked with.

It covers international shipments too, so if your parcel is coming from overseas, you can track it here the same way.

What Your Tracking Status Means

Tracking statuses can look a little different from courier to courier, but they generally fall into the same stages.

  • Label Created: the courier has been notified and is expecting the parcel, but hasn't picked it up yet.
  • In Transit: the parcel is moving between depots on its way to you.
  • Out for Delivery: the parcel is on a vehicle for delivery, usually that same day.
  • Delivered: the parcel has been signed for or left at the delivery address.
  • Exception or Delay: something has interrupted the normal delivery process, such as an address issue or a missed connection.

If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, it's worth checking back before assuming something has gone wrong. Courier scans don't always happen at the same point in the journey.

Tracking updates in real time, but only when the courier logs a new scan. If there's been no update for several days, get in touch and we'll help you chase it up.
